Our Services

What We Manufacture

All core capabilities under one roof. Whether you need a single concept model by Friday or a thousand production units over the next quarter, we have the machines, the materials, and the engineers know how to deliver.

01

Material & Process Consultancy

The wrong material choice costs you twice: once when the part fails, and again when you reprint it. Our engineering team will walk you through material properties, process trade-offs, and design-for-AM principles before a single gram of powder is laid. This service is included with every enquiry. No extra charge.

Part Qualification and Certification

Quality is built into every stage of production. Our inspection and verification processes ensure every part meets the highest standards of quality, precision, and reliability, with traceable material certificates and quality reports available upon request.

Application-first selection

Operating temperature, chemical exposure, mechanical load, cosmetic finish: we start with your use case, not a materials catalogue.

DfAM review

We review your CAD for orientation, wall thickness, support strategy, and build efficiency, and flag issues before they become expensive reprints.

Honest trade-offs

If injection moulding makes more sense for your quantity, we'll tell you. We'd rather earn your trust than one order.

Polymer 3D Printing Solutions

Bring your ideas to life with ease. Simply send us your 3D design file or even a rough sketch and we'll handle the rest. Our team carefully reviews every design to ensure it's ready for printing, delivering high-quality, accurate parts that meet your expectations.

Unlimited Design Freedom

Create complex shapes that traditional manufacturing can't achieve. From intricate internal channels and lightweight lattice structures to fine details and custom geometries, 3D printing gives you complete design flexibility without compromise.

One part or ten thousand

No minimum order. We hold the same quality standard whether you need a single engineering sample or a full production batch.

30+ materials

Standard polymers, engineering-grade nylons, high-performance PEEK, photopolymer resins, and structural metals. We match the material to the application, not the other way around.

Injection Moulding Solutions

Professional injection moulding for prototypes to full-scale production, delivering durable, high-quality plastic parts with precision and efficiency.
