What We Build in Concrete

Why Printed Concrete

Complex Geometry Without the Mould Bill

In precast, the mould is the cost. A curved, tapered or textured form means bespoke formwork that only pays back over a long run of identical units — which is why so much street furniture ends up rectangular.

Printing removes that constraint entirely. The geometry lives in the file, so a run of fifty pieces can be fifty different shapes at the same unit cost, and a one-off feature piece is viable on its own. Material goes only where it is structurally needed, which typically cuts concrete volume against a solid cast equivalent.

How We Deliver a Concrete Piece

From a sketch, a CAD model or a landscape drawing through to a cured, sealed unit delivered to site.

1. Design & Buildability

We take your concept or model and check it against print reality — overhang angles, wall thickness, layer stability and lift height — then return a print-ready geometry with any changes marked up.

2. Mix & Reinforcement

Fibre-reinforced cementitious mix tuned for extrusion and early-age strength. Where a piece is load-bearing we design in conventional reinforcement or post-tensioning at the print-path stage.

3. Print, Cure & Finish

Printed as a single continuous body, cured under controlled conditions, then finished to your spec — layer texture left raw, ground back, pigmented, or sealed for freeze-thaw exposure.
